Annotation. As in the first edition, the focus of this second edition is on parasites that cause disease in fish. Its primary objective is to produce a comprehensive and authoritative review from experts who are actively working in the area or have contributed to the understanding of diseases/disorders. Significant changes to this second edition include the addition of three new chapters and four of the original chapters have new authors. All other chapters have been thoroughly updated since the first edition was published in 1995. This book will be of significant interest to researchers and students of aquaculture, fisheries, parasitology and veterinary medicine.
