Abstract: This DVD looks at the establishment of the first dairy in the Ord River region. Problems associated with dairy cattle in this region are high temperatures, leading to reduced milk production and tropical pastures are less disgestible. Experiments are being conducted to see which grain mixes produce the best results. The tourism side of the venture has developed quicker than expected.
