This DVD looks at the production of table beef produced in the Kimberley region for southern consumption. Brahman bulls were introduced to upgrade Shorthorn herds. Some calves are used as herd replacement while others are sold to southern producers for fattening. It looks at one particular farmer's experience with this system of production.
