Abstract:

Price and volume data for selected vegetable crops have been graphed from data supplied by the Western Australian Metropolitan Market trust. Vegetables included are broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflowers, celery, chinese cabbage, lettuce, onions, rockmelons and tomatoes. Prices graphed are those for the 10 and 90 per cent range of sales. Effectively this is based on a subjective estimate made by individual agents on the price range of most sales.
