Outlines techniques for finishing sheep to a body weight and/or condition suitable for market during times of the year when quality and/or quantity of paddock feed is limiting. What to feed to ensure good growth : feed a high energy ration; ensure that protein levels are adequate; sheep fed in bare yards or paddocks will need a small amount of roughage.
