Abstract: MUDAS (Model of an Uncertain Dryland Agricultural System) was built to provide an analysis of cropping-sheep farming systems in Western Australia which accounted for season uncertainty. It is a discrete stochastic programming model accounting for nine different types of season in response to the type of season that is experienced.
