This report summarises the work and findings of the project "Rangeland Monitoring and Change Detection using Remote Sensing". The project commenced in April 1992 and was funded by the National Landcare program as project 91/W/M5.The aim of the project was to develop and demonstrate methods for detecting and mapping change in condition in two key vegetation communities within Western Australia, using satellite image data together with historical ground information.
