The Swamp Road Catchment area is located in the Gairdner area of the Jerramungup Shire, an agricultural zone of the south coast of Western Australia. The catchment covers 32,000 ha with 26 farming businesses included. Land degradation problems vary over the catchment, therefore the catchment has been divided into three parts; upper, middle and lower.
