In order to retain good visual external and processing/crisping quality. Atlantic potatoes can only be stored at 10 or 15oC for about 6 weeks and no more than 2 months. Storage at ambient (20oC) should not be carried out for Atlantic. Cadima potatoes can be stored for 3 months at 10 or 15oC and 2 months at 20oC. Atlantic has severe sprouting problems.
