The Australasian Postharvest Horticulture Conference 1997, held from 28 September to 3 October, is a leading conference for the evaluation and dissemination of postharvest research. It allowed postharvest researchers and related industry personnel, both nationally and internationally, to view and discuss the latest research in postharvest technology.
