The Agricultural chemical spraying Review was initiated by the Hon Monty House, MLA, Minister for Primary Industries in early 1997, in response to concerns expressed by the rural community that continued agricultural diversification was being impeded by the perceived lack of protection for £ew' enterprises from damage by agricultural chemicals.
